		<description>Your specific example of a CT after a Chest film is a classic CYA move that is kind of hard to fault IMO. I practice in PA (Anesthesia) and I think I would do the same thing given the litigation atmosphere in our state. If anything ever occurs later, the Radiologist can always say &quot;I ordered a CT but they didnt get one.&quot;
