Payment for health care is a big system and it has offended many of us in many different ways. Much of this is going to be like civil war work; most support for your efforts will likely be spontaneous volunteerism based on a single principle The advantage is in the heart. Never forget that all those parties outside the contract of trust between patient and physician are vicarious. Common law. Some day they won't have a seat at our table.
