Updates already coming in on this story already!
On May 25th, the Indy Star's lead editorial called the situation of Senator Bayh debating health care while his wife sits on the WellPoint board "an obvious conflict of interest."http://www.indystar.com/article/20090525/OPINION08/905250304/1301/ARCHIVE/Unhealthy+association+for+Bayh. The Star doesn't come out for single payer, but it puts the nation's largest health insurer, and a key Democratic senator who was setting himself up to block healthcare reform, both on the defensive.
Then in today's issue of The Economist http://www.economist.com/displaystory.cfm?story_id=13743310 our rally gets quite a bit of mention in a much larger piece on how the universal health insurance issue is playing in the US, especially in the heartland.
Lots going on, on many fronts. Exciting times.
