Dr. David Baltierra is the program director of the WVU Rural Family Medicine Residency at West Virginia University Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center in Harpers Ferry, WV. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical Center, and he completed a residency in family medicine at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH.
