He discussed the growing COVID-19 pandemic, how it threatens the health and well-being of millions, and how inequality in U.S. health care makes it harder to address the crisis. Dr. Song also discussed the rising threat of racism directed at Asian-Americans owing in no small part to President Trump mislabeling COVID-19 as the “China Virus.”
