Medicare Direct Contracting call-in

PNHP past president Dr. Ana Malinow encouraged seniors, health justice advocates, and anybody concerned about the future of Medicare to demand an end to the Direct Contracting program, an under-the-radar initiative that threatens to privatize the whole of Traditional Medicare.

“We need thousands of people telling [Dept. of Health and Human Services] Sec. [Xavier] Becerra that we know what’s up and we won’t stand for it,” she said. “If we organize, and if we push, we have a chance to end this thing for good.”
