Just Care USA founder and president Diane Archer outlines needed improvements to the Medicare program along the lines of what a single-payer system would provide: new benefits like vision, hearing, and dental, and a cap on out-of-pocket costs. āIf youāre income is lower, youāre often faced to forego critical care,ā she says. āThe out-of-pocket costs are just prohibitive for so many people.ā
