Bronx-based OB/GYN resident Dr. Ashley Duhon shares the Sister Song definition of reproductive justice as “the human right to maintain personal bodily autonomy, have children, not have children, and parent the children we have in safe and sustainable communities.”
She adds that “we are failing our patients in every aspect of [reproductive justice], and a lot of that has to do with access to health care.”
