President Biden’s recently proposed “Cancer Moonshot” has gynecologic oncologist and PNHP national board member Dr. Diljeet Singh thinking even bigger.
By passing improved Medicare for All, focusing on preventions and treatments that we know work, and directing research dollars based on medical need, Dr. Singh estimates that we could achieve the moonshot’s 25-year goal of reducing cancer death rates by 50 percent in only 10 years…and go much further in the long-term.
