What do those concerned about ethics in medicine think about single payer?

This online poll by the AMA Journal of Ethics only just opened for voting, garnering 15 votes so far. Also the sampling method – voluntary participation of visitors to the website – is not a scientifically valid polling method. Nevertheless, it is very encouraging to see that persons attracted to a web publication on ethics in medicine strongly support single payer.
