M.D. and Ph.D. candidate Gracie Himmelstein discusses āInequality Set in Concrete,ā which she co-authored with her sister, Dr. Kathryn Himmelstein. This study, published in the International Journal of Health Services, quantifies the gap in capital resources between hospitals serving mostly white patients and hospitals serving the largest proportion of Black patients.
