Single-payer organizer Kay Tillow of Kentuckians for Single Payer Health Care spoke with KPFA Radio in Berkeley, Calif. about the threat posed by Direct Contracting Entities, shadowy groups that are often funded by private equity and that have their sites set on privatizing Traditional Medicare.
When it comes to pushing back against this program, Tillow says “we have a lot of work to do to make our government listen to the people.”
